About The Ube Project
A real kitchen test for every AI ube idea.
I’m Marilyn: a nurse, home cook, and lifelong ube fan. I ask AI for ube recipes, then make them in my own kitchen to find out what actually holds up beyond the prompt.
The idea is simple: every recipe gets an honest answer to one question—does it earn a place in the recipe notebook? Some are a yes. Some need more work. Some are a clear no. The verdict stays part of the story.
